An experienced professional with 9 years of IT experience, including 6 years in development of intelligent search & text analytics services. I designed and implemented enterprise data mining and knowledge management systems for automated legal documents analysis, plagiarism search, expert search, public purchases monitoring. The basic developments include an enterprise expert search system, a plagiarism detection service and a legal documents expertise system. Key technical expertise – advanced annotators and custom plug-ins design for IBM OmniFind and IBM Content Analytics. I developed custom annotator logic for ICA with Java in conjunction with UIMA SDK as well as by applying special development environments for building, customization and testing of dictionaries, rules and UIMA annotator pipelines. My developments provided extended text analysis facilities such as to extract information about persons, to define legal document types and their acceptance & change dates, to obtain product quality requirements, to retrieve contract prices and terms, to calculate taxes, to recognize address constituents, etc. This experimental development resulted in seven projects for paying customers.
