Indonesia is one of the countries infected with the Covid-19 pandemic. Corona virus 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by acute corona virus 2 respiratory syndrome (SARS-CoV-2). So that the impact on the community and students can not meet directly on campus or in public places. Based on Nielsen's research entitled "Race Against the Virus, the Indonesian Consumer Response towards COVID-19" revealed that as much as 50% of Indonesian people began to reduce activities outside the home, and 30% of them said that they planned to shop more frequently online. Likewise, teaching and learning activities are carried out from home and even work is done from home with the aim of reducing Covid-19 epidemic.

 Abstrak
 Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang terinfeksi pandemi Covid-19. Penyakit Corona virus 2019 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh sindrom pernapasan akut corona virus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Sehingga berdampak kepada Masyarakat dan Mahasiswa tidak bisa bertemu langsung di kampus atau di tempat umumu. Berdasarkan Riset Nielsen yang bertajuk “Race Against the Virus, Indonesian Consumer Response towards COVID-19” mengungkapkan bahwa sebanyak 50% masyarakat Indonesia mulai mengurangi aktivitas di luar rumah, dan 30% di antaranya mengatakan bahwa mereka berencana untuk lebih sering berbelanja online. Begitu juga kegiatan proses belajar mengajar dilaksanakan dari rumah bahkan bekerja pun dilakukan dari rumah dengan tujuan agar bisa mengurangi penularan Covid-19.

Abstract: The large number of new companies offering a variety of similar products at lower prices raises intense competition to increase sales. Therefore, improving product quality is something that must be done in order to attract potential customers and increase the number of purchases. Based on the type of data obtained by the authors in this study, the authors used a quantitative method using descriptive research methods to describe the results of research conducted. In this study the authors used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Then the data obtained were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroskedacity test, simple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and determinant test with the help of SPSS version 25. From the results of the analysis carried out by researchers it can be concluded that there is a quality effect product to customer satisfaction on CV. AbstrakPada masa pandemi Covid-19, banyak sekali pelaku usaha kuliner yang mengalami penurunan pendapatan usaha terutama di daerah wisata seperti Yogyakarta. Hal tersebut membuat para pengusaha kuliner mencari jalan keluar untuk tetap memperoleh pendapatan. Salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan adalah melakukan promosi produknya melalui media sosial. Saat ini platform media sosial yang populer adalah Tiktok. Total unduhan aplikasi Tiktok pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 63,3 juta kali dan Indonesia menjadi negara yang paling banyak mengunduh aplikasi tersebut sebesar 11% dari total unduhan aplikasi Tiktok. Berdasarkan fakta tersebut, aplikasi Tiktok berpeluang menjadi media promosi yang efektif dalam memasarkan industri kuliner khususnya di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Salah satu akun Tiktok yang mempromosikan industri kuliner di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta adalah Javafoodie. Akun Javafoodie mempromosikan industri kuliner dengan metode yang unik yaitu story telling dengan nuansa komedi, sehingga diharapkan dapat menarik minat beli konsumen.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang menjadikan Tiktok sebagai media promosi yang efektif pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Peneliti menarik kesimpulan bahwa Tiktok menjadi media promosi yang efektif karena Tiktok memiliki banyak pengguna, mudah digunakan, populer di kalangan milenial, sering digunakan oleh selebriti dan memiliki fitur Tiktok ads yang dapat mengoptimalkan penyebaran konten.Kata Kunci : Media Sosial, Promosi, Tiktok The Utilization Of Tiktok Social Media As A Media For Culinary Industry Promotion In Yogyakarta In The Pandemic Time Of Covid-19(Javafoodie TikTok Account Case Study) AbstractDuring the Covid-19 pandemic, many culinary business actors experienced a decrease in business income, especially in tourist areas such as Yogyakarta. This makes culinary entrepreneurs look for solutions to keep earning income. One effort that can be done is to promote its products through social media. Currently the popular social media platform is Tiktok. The total Tiktok application downloads in 2020 were 63.3 million times and Indonesia became the country with the most downloads of the application, 11% of the total Tiktok application downloads. Based on these facts, the Tiktok application has the opportunity to become an effective promotional media in marketing the culinary industry, especially in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. One of the Tiktok accounts promoting the culinary industry in the Special Region of Yogyakarta is Javafoodie. The Javafoodie account promotes the culinary industry with a unique method, namely story telling with a comedic nuance, so that it is expected to attract consumer buying interest. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors make Tiktok an effective promotional media during the Covid-19 pandemic. Researchers draw the conclusion that Tiktok is an effective promotional media because Tiktok has many users, is easy to use, is popular with millennials, is often used by celebrities and has Tiktok ads features that can optimize content distribution.Keywords: Social Media, Promotion, Tiktok
Abstract The aim of the research is to make predictions from the best architectural model of backpropagation neural networks. In determining the outcome in the form of a prediction model, the activation function in the artificial neural network is useful to transform an input into a certain output. In this study the activation function used is sigmoid. The study uses the case of population density in Indonesia considering that for developing countries population growth has many negative impacts such as increased poverty, unemployment and crime rates. This study uses data from Badan Pusat Statistic Indonesia for population categories in 2003-2015. The process of determining the architectural model is carried out 2 stages including: the training stage and the testing stage. The two architectural models used (5-2-1 and 5-10-1), the selection of architectural models is done by looking at several assessment parameters such as epoch, accuracy, MSE training and MSE testing. The process of training and testing of data is done by using the help of the Matlab application. The results of the study obtained that the architectural model 5-2-1 is the best model for predicting with an accuracy of 65%, MSE Training 0,0009997254, MSE Testing 0.0014897214 and Epoch 28548.
Nilai perusahaan dijadikan sebagai suatu ukuran keberhasilan manajemen perusahaan dalam prospek operasi di masa mendatang sehingga dapat mewujudkan kepercayaan bagi pemegang saham perusahaan, karena apabila kesejahteraan para pemegang saham sudah mampu terpenuhi, maka sudah pasti keadaan tersebut mencerminkan nilai perusahaan yang tinggi pula. Nilai Perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain yaitu Ukuran Perusahaan, Leverage dan Profitabilitas. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Leverage dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan serta untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan dan Leverage terhadap Profitabilitas. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi non partisipan dengan teknik analisis jalur ( path analysis ).Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh bahwa Ukuran Perusahaan, Leverage dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Ukuran Perusahaan dan Leverage berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas. Namun profitabilitas tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan serta Profitabilitas tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Leverage terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
Abstrak–Using Waterfall Method in Sales Information System Architecture. Bidang usaha penjualan memang sangat menarik untuk ditekuni, bukan hanya perusahaan atau organisasi, tapi masyarakat luas juga berusaha keras mengembangkan usahanya didalam bidang ini. Akan tetapi usaha keras mereka didalam meningkatkan penjualannya tidak diimbangi dengan penggunaan sistem informasi yang baik, sehingga dapat menimbulkan permasalahan. Permasalahan tersebut muncul karena organisasi ataupun perusahaan masih menggunakan sistem konvensional seperti dalam pemesanan barang, pengolahan data, penyimpanan data dan pembuatan laporan penjualannya. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan terjadinya kesalahan pencatatan data, pencarian data terlalu lama dan keterlambatan dalam pembuatan laporan serta data yang dihasilkan tidak akurat. Salah satu contoh pembahasan disini adalah Toko Fadhil Genteng Bogor, karena Toko ini memiliki usaha penjualan yang perkembangannya bagus dan sangat membutuhkan sekali adanya sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan bagi pelanggannya, membutuhkan pengolahan data yang baik sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang akurat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya rancang bangun sistem informasi penjualan untuk dapat diterapkan di Toko tersebut, dengan menggunakan Netbeans dan database MySQL. Metode yang digunakan dalam rancang bangun sistem ini menggunakan Waterfall. Dengan penggunaan metode ini, maka akan lebih mempermudah dalam pembuatan rancang bangun sistem penjualan terutama pada Toko Fadhil Genteng Bogor, sehingga permasalahan yang dihadapinya dapat teratasi.
ABSTRAK : Teknologi informasi membawa perubahan dalam sebuah perubahan dan perkembangan dalam masyarakat. Sehingga lahirlah media sosial dan menjadikan pola perilaku masyarakat mengalami pergeseran budaya, norma dan etika. Indonesia dengan jumlah penduduk yang besar dalam berbagai kultur suku, ras dan agama yang beraneka ragam memiliki banyak sekali potensi perubahan sosial. Dari berbagi kalangan dan usia hampir semua masyarakat di Indonesia memiliki dan menggunakan medsos sebagai salah satu sarana untuk memperoleh dan menyampaikan informasi. Maka itu penelitian ini memiliki rumusan masalah sebagai berikut apa pengertian media sosial, apa dampak media sosial terhadap masyarakat di Indonesia dan apa pengaruh media sosial terhadap perubahan sosial masyarakat di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Penelitian deskriptif merupakan penelitian yang tujuannya untuk menyajikan gambaran lengkap/ eksplorasi dan klarifikasi mengenai suatu fenomena. ABSTRAKPandemi COVID-19, Indonesia mengalami keterpurukan hampir seluruh industri kecuali bidang kesehatan, farmasi kegiatan sosial, informasi dan komunikasi, pengadaan air bersih, pengelolaan sampah, serta limbah daur ulang. Sektor yang paling terdampak yaitu transportasi, travel, gudang dan sektor penyediaan akomodasi serta makan. Kemudian sektor yang lain adalah sektor pariwisata di Indonesia, sekitar 11,83% pekerja Indonesia berada sektor Industri pariwisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meninjau dampak dari Covid -19 yang mengakibatkan turunnya sektor industri pariwisata di Indonesia dan juga merespon dari kebijakan Pemerintah agar penanganan dampak Covid -19 terhadap sektor pariwisata dapat dilakukan dengan baik dan pariwisata kembali normal dengan prosedural kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan data untuk penelitian ini berdasarkan pada studi kepustakaan berupa buku, literature, jurnal, artikel mengenai industri pariwisata, serta cara pemulihannya pada era pandemi. Kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara berdasarkan data dari Kementrian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif, ke Indonesia bulan Agustus 2020 mengalami penurunan sebesar -89,22% dibandingkan Agustus 2019. Upaya pemulihan sektor pariwisata ada tiga strategi yang diterapkan untuk mempercepat pemulihan pariwisata adalah Inovasi adalah hal utama dan harus ada perubahan mendasar saat ini. Inovasi, Adaptasi beradaptasi dengan kondisi pandemi yaitu meningkatkan penerapan ‘CHSE' alias Cleanliness (Kebersihan), Health (Kesehatan), Safety (Keamanan), dan Environment (Ramah lingkungan) dan Kolaborasi. Kata kunci : Industri Pariwisata, Covid-19, Pemulihan Pariwisata ABSTRAKThe COVID-19 pandemic, Indonesia experienced a downturn in almost all industries except for health, pharmacy, social activities, information and communication, provision of clean water, waste management, and waste recycling. The sectors most affected are transportation, travel, warehouses and the accommodation and food provision sector. Then the other sector is the tourism sector in Indonesia, around 11.83% of Indonesian workers are in the tourism industry sector. The purpose of this study is to review the impact of Covid -19 which resulted in a decline in the tourism industry sector in Indonesia and also to respond to Government policies so that handling of the impact of Covid -19 on the tourism sector can be done properly and tourism returns to normal with health procedures. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and the data for this research is based on literature studies in the form of books, literature, journals, articles about the tourism industry, and how to recover it in the pandemic era. Foreign tourist visits based on data from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, to Indonesia in August 2020 experienced a decline of -89.22% compared to August 2019. There are three strategies implemented to restore tourism to accelerate tourism recovery. Innovation is the main thing and must exist. fundamental change at this time. Innovation, Adaptation to adapt to pandemic conditions, by continuously increasing the application of 'CHSE' Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environment and Collaboration. The use of technology in the business world can help make work easier. Technology makes data stored more standardized and processing data into information faster. Sales transactions and payment transactions are business activities that need attention, both of these transactions need to be monitored so that business processes can run well and as desired. This research designs sales and payment information systems, payment transactions can be made in cash on e-commerce sales systems. The system is designed using UML diagram modeling to illustrate the needs and what content can be done by the system. Payment system modeling is expected to be a tool that can help transaction processing become more standardized and produce reports quickly.
As long as covid-19 vaccine has not been discovered,then teaching and learning activities will not run as before by face-to-face, but have changed by doing distance learning online, learning and work from home, social distancing and physical distancing. This has an impact on the emergence of changes in the implementation of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi activities, namely teaching and learning activities, research and community service, so that changes occur in the method of its implementation. The condition of the covid-19 pandemic is what creates threat and obstacles to be resolved and opportunity for college to be utilized. College opportunities to carry out technological transformation that began during the covid-19 pandemic. College opportunities have begun to open classes utilizing technology.
 
 Selama belum ditemukannya vaksin covid-19, maka kegiatan belajar dan mengajar tidak akan berjalan seperti semula dengan cara melalui tatap muka, namun telah berubah dengan melakukan perkuliahan jarak jauh secara online, belajar dan bekerja dari rumah work from home dan social distancing serta physical distancing. Hal ini berdampak kepada timbulnya perubahan pada pelaksanaan kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu kegiatan belajar mengajar, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, sehingga terjadi perubahan dalam metode pelaksanaannya. Kondisi adanya pandemik covid-19 inilah yang menimbulkan tantangan hambatan untuk diselesaikan dan peluang kesempatan untuk dimanfaatkan oleh pendidikan tinggi. Peluang pendidikan tinggi untuk melakukan transformasi teknologi yang dimulai di masa pandemi covid-19. Peluang pendidikan tinggi mulai membuka kelas-kelas yang memanfaatkan teknologi.
Pandemi COVID-19 menuntut sektor pendidikan untuk melakukan berbagai perubahan maupun inovasi dan adaptasi demi pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran tetap berjalan baik. Pandemi COVID-19 mendorong sektor pendidikan terutama perguruan tinggi untuk melakukan perubahan pada model proses pembelajaran dimana proses pembelajaran berpindah dari pembelajaran konvensional atau tatap muka di kelas menjadi pembelajaran online atau daring. Dengan demikian, tenaga pengajar yaitu dosen dan mahasiswa harus siap beradaptasi dan menghadapi terobosan maupun tantangan baru terhadap perubahan sistem dalam pembelajaran yang diterapkan perguruan tinggi. Learning Management System (LMS) adalah salah satu cara yang digunakan oleh perguruan tinggi untuk mendukung dan mengelola pembelajaran secara online agar proses belajar mengajar tetap berjalan dengan baik selama pandemic COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode semi deskriptif kuantitatif. Dimana tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pemanfaatan Learning Management System sebagai media pembelajaran online yang digunakan selama pandemic COVID-19. Aplikasi Learning Management System seperti Google Classroom, Edmodo, Moodle, serta SEVIMA Edlink dan LMS yang dikembangkan oleh perguruan tinggi maupun yang disediakan oleh pemerintah sangat bermanfaat sebagai media pembelajaran online atau daring selama pandemi COVID-19. Dimana dengan aplikasi LMS ini, sistem pembelajaran dan komunikasi tetap berjalan dengan baik dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas yang tersedia dalam aplikasi LMS tersebut. The COVID-19 pandemic encouraged the education sector, especially universities, to make changes to the learning process model where the learning process moves from conventional or face-to-face learning in the classroom to online or online learning. Thus, faculty, lecturers and students must be ready to adapt and face breakthroughs and new challenges to the system changes in learning implemented by universities. Learning Management System (LMS) is one of the ways used by universities to support and manage online learning so that the teaching learning process continues well during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a semi-descriptive quantitative method. Where the purpose in this study is to explain the utilization of Learning Management System as an online learning medium used during the COVID-19 pandemic. Learning Management System applications such as Google Classroom, Edmodo, Moodle, and SEVIMA Edlink and LMS developed by universities as well as provided by the government are very useful as online or online learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic. Where with this LMS application, the learning and communication system continues to run properly by utilizing the facilities available in the LMS application. Nowadays, the issue of teachers' psychological well-being causes serious concern, especially in Malaysia. Many studies related to psychological well-being have focused on students rather than on the health and well-being of teachers. Thus, the current study investigated the determinants of psychological well-being (depression, anxiety and stress) from the psychosocial work environment (job control, job demands and social support), and examined the moderating role of job control and social support in the relationship between job demands and psychological well-being among teachers. The design of this study was quantitative research through a survey questionnaire. The sample consisted of 335 high school teachers (23.3%-male; 76.7%-female) who responded to measuring scales of job demands, job control, social support, depression, anxiety and stress, and socio-demographic profile. The data were analyzed using two statistical methods, namely descriptive and inferential statistics. The hierarchical linear regression model was used to analyze the data by assisting the statistical software, i.e., SPSS-23. The results showed that job demands, job control and social support significantly predicted teachers' psychological well-being. Furthermore, the effect of job demands on teachers' depression and anxiety was partially moderated by job control and social support. In conclusion, this study has successfully identified the significant predictors of teachers' psychological well-being and the role of job control and social support as a moderating variable to teachers' psychological well-being in Malaysia. The result provides insights and contributes to the literature of teachers' psychological well-being determinants and involves Malaysian respondents with a collectivistic eastern culture.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan: (1) pengaruh kompetensi guru dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMK di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan, Kalimantan Selatan, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama, (2) pengaruh kompetensi guru, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMK di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan, Kalimantan Selatan, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama, dan secara langsung atau tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan: (1) kompetensi guru dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMK di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan, Kalimantan Selatan, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama dengan taraf signifikansi 0,038; 0,045; dan 0,001. (2) kompetensi guru, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMK di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan, Kalimantan Selatan, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama, dan secara langsung atau tidak langsung taraf signifikansi 0,036; 0.003; 0,036; 0,000; (0,038 dan 0,036); (0,045 dan 0,036). THE FACTORS OF AFFECTING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE TEACHERS’ OF STATE VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLAbstractThis study aims to search for the magnitude of, the effect of: (1) the teachers’competence and headmasters’ leadership on teachers’work motivation, individually and simultaneously; (2) the effect of the teachers’competence, headmasters’ leadership and teachers’work motivation on teachers’ performance, individually and simultaneously, and directly and indirectly. The result of the study shows that there is a positive and significant effect of: (1) the teachers’competence and headmasters’ leadership on teachers’work motivation, individually and simultaneously with the significance level of 0.038; 0.045; and 0.001. (2) the effect of the teachers’competence, headmasters’ leadership and teachers’work motivation on teachers’ performance, individually and simultaneously, and directly and indirectly with the significance level of 0.036; 0.003; 0.000; (0.038 and 0.036); (0.045 and 0.036).
Background: The theory of planned behavior (TPB) is one of the famous theories used to predict a person’s intentions in various contexts, using the subjective normative component. This article, therefore, focused on proposing a conceptual model to fill the existing gaps related to the pro-environmental context, based on the TPB, with the normative aspects supplemented by incorporating the norm activation theory (NAT). Focus of the Article: The interaction between subjective and personal norms needs to be considered in order to acquire empirical data support from social marketing scholars. The awareness of consequences is used to form personal norms that function as an “instrumental attitude” in predicting intention. The existence of attitude needs to be distinguished between the experiential and instrumental, reflected in the awareness of consequences. Program Design/Approach: Pro-environmental behavior (PEB) in the context of waste sorting is a shared function of intentions, personal norm, and perceived control. It plays an important role in mediating the influence of motivational factors of TPB and personal norm of NAT, on waste sorting. Communication strategies in promoting waste sorting activity have to integrate social pressure with a feeling of moral obligation. Importance to the Social Marketing Field: The conceptual model shows that the integration of TPB and NAT contributes a more comprehensive perspective for social marketers to promote the waste sorting behavior of the targeted society. Methods: Five essential stages are systematically arranged to integrate TPB and NAT. The first stage explains the basic equation of TPB and NAT. The second proposes three essential propositions. The third provides logical thinking of the integrated equation model, while the fourth stage creates the visual form and explains it in detail. The fifth stage provides a clear and concise managerial implication and limitation of the model, accompanied by the possibility to expand it in future studies. Recommendations for Research or Practice: The social marketing practitioners and academicians interested in the issue of PEB context from the community, need to consider the integration of TPB and NAT in their activities. Social pressure within the community is strengthened by the formation of a sense of moral obligation with the simultaneous strengthening of the experiential and instrumental attitude. Limitations: The proposed conceptual model is limited to the utilization of a cultural approach as the central premise. It is also limited to the use of the fundamental theory in predicting humans’ behavior in a waste sorting context.
Pandemi COVID-19 telah memukul berbagai sektor, termasuk pasar saham sehingga membuat banyak orang ragu untuk berinvestasi saham. Banyak industri terkena dampak Covid-19 menyebabkan sejak Maret 2020 Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) Bursa Efek Indonesia mengalami penurunan, tetapi sejak minggu ketiga Mei hingga awal Juni 2020 menunjukkan kenaikan yang mengindikasikan perdagangan saham mulai menunjukkan perbaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis saham-saham sektor apa saja yang masih mampu mencatatkan penguatan di masa pandemi COVID-19, dengan menggunakan data sekunder volume perdagangan, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG), kapitalisasi pasar secara mingguan dan bulanan dengan sampel menggunakan pasar saham Indonesia periode bulan Maret 2020 – Juni 2020 yang diperoleh dari laporan mingguan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Laporan Bulanan Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saham-saham sektor industri konsumsi, sektor telekomunikasi, dan sektor kesehatan merupakan saham-saham yang dapat menjadi pilihan investor di masa pandemi COVID-19.Kata Kunci: keputusan investasi, portofolio saham, risiko dan return
Motivasi merupakan suatu hal yang harus dilakukan oleh seorang manajemen dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan koperasi di Denpasar. Populasi data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian adalah seluruh account officer yang berjumlah 130 orang dari 39 koperasi yang dijadikan obyek penelitian. Tehnik sampling yang digunakan adalah tehnik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling yaitu tehnik ini dipakai bila populasi mempunyai anggota yang tidak homogen dan berstrata secara proposional,untuk menentukan hasilnya menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS)Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah teori dua faktor juga memiliki keterbatasan lain yaitu variabel situasional. Herzberg mengasumsikan adanya korelasi antara kepuasan dan produktivitas. Namun penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Herzberg menekankan pada kepuasan dan mengabaikan produktivitas. Untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerja koperasi berdasarkan perspektif teori motivasi (Herzberg) yang mengungkap motif individu untuk memperoleh motivator dan hyegine factor perlu dipertimbangkan untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Tidak semua topik permasalahan penelitian dapat diterapkan dan diuji dengan teori Herzberg, karena perusahaan dan institusi mempunyai permasalahan berbeda-beda.
Pandemi Covid 19 yang terjadi secara global tentu saja berdampak terhadap berbagai sektor terutama di sektor ekonomi. Dampak perekonomian ini tidak hanya di rasakan secara domestik, namun juga terjadi secara global. International Monetary Fund (IMF) yang memproyeksikan ekonomi global akan tumbuh minus di angka 3%. Di Indonesia, hal ini tentunya juga memiliki dampak yang cukup signifikan terhadap pariwisata, sektor perdagangan, industri termasuk Pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Desa Sumurboto, Kabupaten Blora merupakan salah satu desa yang sebagian besar masyarakatnya menjadi pengrajin anyaman bambu. Secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, mereka terdampak adanya pandemic covid 19 ini. karena itu perlu strategi pemasaran yang dapat dilakukan pada masa pandemi Covid- 19 dan faktor pendukung dalam berwirausaha di sektor ekonomi kreatif pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penyusunan strategi pemasaran dalam berwirausaha pada sektor ekonomi kreatif dapat direncanakan melalui STP (Segmenting, Targetting dan Positioning) untuk menarik konsumen. Sedangkan faktor pendukung dalam berwirausaha di sektor ekonomi kreatif pada masa pandemi Covid-19 agar berjalan secara efektif dan efisien diantaranya adalah konsep promotion, service excellet customers rewards, afiliasi atau kemitraan dan modal sosial.
Abstrak - Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada perlambatan ekonomi nasional, Financial Technology (Fintech) memiliki potensi mengambil peran dalam upaya pemulihan ekonomi. Dampak pandemi covid-19 yang semakin meluas sektor Financial Technology (Fintech) memiliki peran penting untuk meningkatkan inklusi finansial dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk penulisan ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan keberadaan Financial Technology (Fintech) memiliki dampak positif dimasa pandemi covid-19. Kontribusi Fintech telah banyak membantu masyarakat yang masih belum terlayani lembaga keuangan formal dalam melakukan transaksi keuangan sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Pemulihan ekonomi nasional dan peningkatan penerimaan negara dimasa pandemi dapat dilakukan dengan dukungan penguatan regulasi terhadap pertumbuhan Fintech yang inklusif dan berkesinambungan yang memiliki potensi sebagai faktor pemicu lompatan yang sangat besar bagi industri pembayaran layanan keuangan digital. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic which is increasingly widespread in the Financial Technology (Fintech) sector has an important role to play in increasing financial inclusion and public welfare. The research method used for this writing is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The research results show that the existence of Financial Technology (Fintech) has a positive impact during the Covid-19 pandemic. Fintech's contribution has helped many people who are still not served by formal financial institutions in carrying out financial transactions according to their needs. National economic recovery and increased state revenue during the pandemic can be carried out with the support of strengthening regulations for inclusive and sustainable Fintech growth which has the potential to trigger a huge leap for the digital financial service payment industry. This study aims to examine the effect of halal certification and halal awareness through interest in consumer decisions in buying food products. The sample of this study is consumers who live in the area of Jakarta and Bogor with 350 respondents. The sampling technique used with snowball sampling. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is run with AMOS software is used to analyze data. The results of the analysis show that halal certification and halal awareness have a positive effect on consumer decisions. The results of the study indicate that halal certification has a significant effect on consumer interest with a correlation value of 0.246; halal awareness has a positive effect on customer decisions with a correlation value of 0.208; service quality has a positive effect on customer decisions with a correlation value of 0.180
Determinations of biopterin (BP), homovanilic acid (HVA), glutamic acid (GTA), and glutamine (GT) levels in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) obtained through a lumbar tap were performed in 20 parkinsonian patients in different stages of evolution and without medication. In patients with motor symptoms not related to Parkinson's disease (dystonia, dyskinesia and essential tremor) (n = 4). In 7 other neurological patients subjected to spinal tap for diagnostic procedures neurotransmitters were also determined and taken as control groups. In 14 of the patients with Parkinson's disease, the symptoms were evaluated using conventional scales (UPDS, NYPDS, NWPDS, Schwab and England, and Hoehn and Yahr scale). The amplitude and the frequency of tremor were quantitatively evaluated through a single plane accelerometer Grass SP-1, akinesia was measured through reaction time to auditory stimuli, and rigidity through the speed of lineal movement. Evaluations were performed with the patient not on any medication for 1 week and repeated 1 h after the intake of 250 mg of 200/50 L-dopa/carbidopa preparation (Sinemet) and on a different day after the intake of biperiden (Akineton) 6 mg/day. Differences in neurotransmitter or metabolites levels between Parkinson's disease and control groups were determined through an independent Student's t test. Correlation between severity of symptoms in the scales and for each individual symptom measured through the quantitative tests and the levels of neurotransmitters in CSF were evaluated through the Pearson correlation analysis test. Modifications in the motor performance after administration of Sinemet and Akineton, and the levels of neurotransmitters were indirectly determined. RESULTS. (1) There were significant differences between the levels of BP and GT in patients with Parkinson's disease and control groups, (2) lower GTA levels correlated with more severe rigidity and akinesia, and with the best response to the administration of L-dopa and may be an important marker for prognosis, and (3) lower levels of GT correlated with least akinesia, but not with tremor, which may indicate that the akinesia depends on other biochemical abnormalities besides dopamine depletion.
