Pandemi COVID-19 menjadi fokus perhatian dunia saat ini. Penyebaran COVID-19 terus terjadi secara cepat dan luas, yang berdampak pada kehidupan sosial manusia, salah satunya adalah psikologi dan perilaku manusia. Tulisan ini mencoba membahas pandemic COVID-19 dalam perspektif psikologi sosial, yang terdiri dari beberapa bagian. Pertama, membahas tentang pandemi psikologi, karakteirisk dan dampaknya, kedua, dampak pandemi COVID-19 pada proses kognisi, emosi dan perubahan perilaku di masyarakat. Ketiga, dinamika pengaruh sosial dan konformitas dan terakhir apa yang bisa kita lakukan dalam menghadapi COVID-19. Pandemi COVID-19 telah menyebabkan terjadi banyak bias kognisi sosial yang berpotensi mempengarusi emosi dan perubahan perilaku individu. Peran pemerintah dan perilaku kooperatif masyarakt sangat membantu dalam mengurangi penyebaran dan mitigasi COVID-19. Implikasi dan rekomendasi akan dibahas dalam artikel ini dalam perspektif Psikologi sosial.
Data mining is the process of handling information from a database which is invisible directly. Data mining is predicted to become a highly revolutionary branch of science over the next decade. One of data mining techniques is classification. The most popular classification technique is K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). But there is also the Modified K-Nearest Neighbor (MKNN) classification algorithm which is the derived algorithm of KNN. In this paper we will analyze the comparison of KNN and MKNN algorithms to classify the data of Conditional Cash Transfer Implementation Unit (Unit Pelaksana Program Keluarga Harapan) which consist of 7395 records. Comparative analysis is based on the accuracy of both algorithms. Before classification, K-Fold Cross Validation was done to search for the optimal data modeling resulted in data modeling on cross 2 with accuracy of 93.945%. The results of K-Fold Cross Validation modeling will be the model for training data samples and testing data to test KNN and MKNN for classification. Classification result produced accuracy based on the rules of confusion matrix. The test resulted in the highest accuracy of KKN by 94.95% with average accuracy during the test was 93.94% and the highest accuracy of MKNN was 99.51% with the average accuracy during the test was 99.20%, almost all testing from the first test up to the tenth, MKNN algorithm is superior and has better accuracy value than KNN so it can be analyzed that the ability of MKNN algorithm in accuracy is better than KNN. It can be concluded that MKNN algorithm is capable of handling accuracy better for classification than KNN algorithm, by ignoring other aspects such as computerization, time efficiency, and algorithm effectiveness.
The supply chains shaping their distribution networks become more diverse as companies respond to global markets’ stringent criteria. This is also counterproductive to the visibility of the supply chain within the company and can adversely affect the organization’s core business. This paper attempts to evaluate how organizations can benefit from introducing Digital Twins to enhance their logistics supply network visibility. Additionally, deployment issues and technologies supporting Digital Twins were reviewed. This study used ATLAS.ti 9 software tools to save, classify, and evaluate the data for this analysis to systematically review the literature. We reviewed, compiled, and sorted papers from 227 publications for this article and then recognized 104 as critical to the work scope; this analysis’ quest date was set from 2002 to 2021. This article represents the first attempt at dealing with the issue of supply chain visibility through the Digital Twins in the logistics field. The research outcomes found that Digital Twins would help companies develop predictive metrics, diagnostics, projections, and physical asset descriptions for their logistics. This study also suggested some steps to overcome the challenges in implementing a Digital Twins in the logistics industry. For researchers, this review offers the possibility to unify and expand existing solutions and to identify links and interfaces that are still needed. As for managerial implications, this study can be used to identify future strategies and technologies to fulfil certain logistics tasks and develop new technological solutions for current and future demands.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas pemanfaatan video pembelajaran berbasis Geogebra dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Desain penelitian kuasi eksperimen ini adalah nonequivalent control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji U Mann-Whitney. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa yang menggunakan video pembelajaran berbasis Geogebra lebih baik dibandingkan siswa yang belajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Video pembelajaran berbasis Geogebra efektif dan berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Video pembelajaran berbasis Geogebra ini dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa.The use of learning video-based Geogebra to improve students’ ability in understanding mathematical conceptsAbstractThis study aimed to describe the effectiveness of the use of learning video-based Geogebra to improve Vocational High School students’ ability in understanding mathematical concepts. This quasi-experimental research was a non-equivalent control group design. Data collection was done through interviews and tests of students’ ability in understanding mathematical concepts. The data analysis uses the U Mann-Whitney test. The results of this research show that the improvement of students’ ability to understanding a mathematical concept by using learning video-based Geogebra was better than students who learn by using conventional learning. Learning video-based Geogebra was effective and have a positive effect on improving students’ mathematical concepts. Learning video-based Geogebra could be used as one of the learning media to improve students’ mathematical concepts.
Problem of learning the Arabic language is the problem of certain elements of the inhibition process of learning the Arabic language, the problem of learning the Arabic language consists of linguistic problems of governance that includes sounds / Phonetik, vocabulary, writing, morphology, syntax and semantics, the problem of non-linguistic include: socio kultural, materials, facilities, instructional media, teacher competence, interests of students, and others. The world’s attention on learning the Arabic language has been started since the 17th century and in 1947 in the England and is growing rapidly in the world to Indonesia at this time.
Superior human resources is the most valuable asset for any country. Indonesia has the largest population-3 in the world, has the human resource potential is very large. When empowered with the best it can enhance the welfare of the people of Indonesia. One of the Government's efforts in empowering human resources to manage the education sector is becoming more professional. The most basic education sector in the personal formation of human resources (HR) in Indonesia, is through a program of Early Childhood Education (early childhood). One period to the early penciri is the Golden Age, which at this time all the potential of the fastest growing child. One way to increase the potential of children at an early age is to play. Because the slogan in early childhood education is "learning while playing, playing while learning." This is the basis, that the play is one way to explore the potential of children. One tool that can be used to play in early childhood education, this is by using the traditional game, because the game tardisional will help shape the character of a child from an early age.
Toleransi merupakan suatu sikap atau perilaku manusia yang mengikuti aturan, di mana seseorang dapat menghargai, menghormati terhadap perilaku orang lain. Istilah Toleransi dalam konteks sosial budaya dan agama berarti sikap dan perbuatan yang melarang adanya diskriminasi terhadap kelompok atau golongan yang berbeda dalam suatu masyarakat. Islam sebuah agama yang mengajarkan kepada umat manusia untuk selalu menghormati serta toleransi terhadap sesama dan menjaga kesucian serta kebenaran ajaran Islam. Dengan ini, fakta telah membuktikan bahwa Islam merupakan agama yang mengajarkan hidup toleransi terhadap semua agama. Dalam keadaan apapun dan kapan saja, Islam sebagai agama Rahmatal Lil'alamin senantiasa menghargai dan menghormati perbedaan, baik perbedaan suku, bangsa, dan keyakinan. Hal sangat ini jelas, bahwa Islam selalu memberikan kebebasan berbicara dan toleransi terhadap semua pemeluk agama dan berkeyakinan serta rasa hormat bagi umat manusia, tampa membeda-bedakan satu sama lain
The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating of service quality on the relationship among taxpayer awareness, tax socialization, tax penalties, compliance cost and tax compliance. The survay was conducted on 100 tax payers of motor vehicles in Pekanbaru- Samsat office. data colected through the questionnaire technique. Data analyze was using multiple linear regression. The result of showed that service quality has a full mediating role in relationhip beetween taxpayer awareness, tax penalties, compliance cost and taxpayer compliance. Conservely service quality has no mediating role in the relationship beetween tax socialization and taxpayer compliance. Implication of these findings will be discussed.
As an effort to form humans, education must have a good and strong foundation because, with this foundation, the direction of the implementation of education is not merely a momentary shock or turmoil. The foundation of education is essential in the process of advancing education. Thus, the basis of education is a fundamental problem because basic education will determine the style and content of education. In the meantime, its relation to Islamic education, the basis or foundation of Islamic education, is the foundation that forms the basis or principle to stand tall. Therefore, the basis of Islamic education must be considered comprehensively in wading through the next educational steps. Al-Qur'an and Hadith are sources of Islamic law and complete knowledge, covering the whole of human life, both the world and the hereafter. Both of them become an apparent clue for humans and the pace of their lives at all times. Al-Qur'an and Hadith, as a basis for Islamic education as well as a source of shari'a teachings, not only work as a book but also exploration for daily life. Islam is a religion that carries a mission so that people conduct education and teaching.
Perbankan syariah di Indoneisa menghadapi sejumlah tantangan di tengah wabah Covid-19. Di masa pandemi Covid 19 saat ini, Perbankan syariah akan menghadapi beberapa kemungkinan resiko terhadap kinerja keuangan. Untuk itu perlu di lakukan Penelitian untuk menganalisis dampak Covid-19 terhadap kinerja keuangan Perbankan Syariah dengan melakukan analisa Laporan Keuangan menggunakan rasio keuangan yaitu rasio Return On Asset (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Finance (NPF) dan Financing Deposit to Ratio (FDR). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang diambil adalah 6 Bulan (September 2019-Februari 2020) sebelum dan 6 Bulan (April 2020-September 2020) setelah diumumkannya kasus pertama Covid-19 yaitu pada 2 Maret 2020. Data diolah dengan paired sample t-tes, dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Dari hasil pengolah data, menunjukkan Secara keseluruhan dampak Covid-19 terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia yang dilihat dari hasil tabel Uji Beda (Uji Paired Sample T-Test) rasio CAR, ROA, NPF dan FDR tidak signifikan menunjukan adanya perbedaan kinerja keuangan.
This paper examines how education in Indonesia can help create tolerant and multicultural citizens through the analysis of policies and practices. After the political shift in 1998, Indonesia issued education law No. 20 in 2003 which contains, though vague, a couple of articles that can underpin the development and implementation of multicultural education. This is a ‘spirit’ of multicultural education, which has been interpreted in subsequent regulations and decrees. In this paper, the author explores how these policies and school curricula have been translated into practices. The author conducted a series of ethnographic fieldwork in two provinces, Yogyakarta and Central Kalimantan, visiting six different schools: four religious (three Islamic and one Catholic), one state secular and one state vocational. The findings suggest that there were inconsistencies between policies and practices of multicultural education due to a lack of explicit policies and incapable education decision-makers and teachers.
Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) dan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) dari Ajzen dan Fishbein masih relatif baru, dan kurang banyak digunakan dan kurang banyak dikenal. Namun pada saat sekarang teori ini banyak digunakan oleh peneliti pada berbagai bidang disiplin ilmu antara lain, manajemen sumber daya manusia, marketing dan penelitian sosial lainnya. Theory Of Reasoned Action dan Theory of Planned Behavior merupakan suatu teori yang menjelaskan tentang perilaku manusia. Teori ini disusun menggunakan asumsi dasar bahwa manusia berperilaku dengan cara yang sadar dan mempertimbangkan segala informasi yang tersedia.
Data mining merupakan pemprosesan sebuah informasi dari suatu database yang dapat digunakan untuk berbagai kebutuhan sektor swasta. Salah satu metode dalam data mining, yaitu Clustering yang bertujuan untuk menemukan pengelompokan dari serangkaian pola, titik, objek maupun dokumen. Algoritma K-Means clustering merupakan algoritma yang berperan penting dalam bidang data mining serta sederhana untuk diimplementasikan dan dijalankan. Selain itu, terdapat pengembangan varian dari metode K-Means Clustering yaitu K-Medoids yang muncul sebagai penanggulangan kelemahan Algoritma K-Means yang sensitif terhadap outlier dikarenakan sebuah objek dengan sebuah nilai yang besar mungkin secara substansial menyimpang dari distribusi data. Penelitian ini membandingkan kedua algoritma pada suatu dataset. Adapun data yang digunakan merupakan data transaksi bongkar muat selama tahun 2017 pada PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I Cabang Dumai berdasarkan atribut agen, keterangan barang, jenis, dan jumlah ton. Dari percobaan yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil pengolahan KMeans hanya membutuhkan waktu rata-rata 1 detik sedangkan pengolahan data pada K-Medoids membutuhkan waktu rata-rata 1 menit 38 detik pada RapidMiner. Nilai DBI pada K-Means lebih rendah dibandingkan KMedoids yaitu masing-masing 0.112 dan 0.119. Perolehan cluster dominan, menunjukkan bahwa agen Buana Listya Tama TBK, PT mendominasi diikuti agen Samudera Sarana Karunia, PT.
The presence of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia will contribute to the movement of the Indonesian economy, so its growth is an essential part that must be considered by the government. The goal of this study was to explore the role of innovative capabilities in improving the performance of Indonesian SMEs. A variable approach to social capital, entrepreneurial leadership, innovation ability and SME efficiency was used in this research. The research included a sample of 352 small and medium-sized enterprises in Pekanbaru, Indonesia, consisting of 19 medium-sized enterprises and 333 small enterprises out of a total population of 2887 small and medium-sized enterprises (the sampling methodology used was chance sampling and simple random sampling methods). The findings show that social capital does not explicitly have a substantial impact on the business performance of SMEs in Pekanbaru, but if it is mediated by creative capacities, social capital indirectly plays a role in improving the performance of SMEs. Entrepreneurial leadership has a big influence on SMEs.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs of Indonesia continues to voice religious moderation to mainstream a peaceful Islamic discourse. This article aimed at looking at religious moderation values from several Islamic higher education institutions in Indonesia. The focus of article aims to find a pattern of the implementation of moderation in Islam in Islamic universities. This article discusses to what extent Islamic higher education institutions internalize religious moderation values to students. By conducting qualitative research, this article explores 3 Islamic higher education institutions in Indonesia: Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim, Universitas Darussalam Gontor Ponorogo, and Ma’had Aly As'adiyah. The result shows that higher education institutions play a critical role in inculcating religious moderation values through pesantren institutions. The Pesantren universities have a role in transmitting moderate Islamic values through their curriculum and various religious activities. This research reveals that religious moderation is implicated in these 3 Islamic universities. The curriculum is eclectic and reflects moderation values, such as national commitment, tolerance, non-violence, and local culture accommodation. This study concludes that the three pesantrenuniversities in Indonesia have a distinctive pattern of emphasizing moderation in the three areas: theoretical, practical, and ideological aspect.
The objective of this study is to see how the Pancasila Student Profile is strengthened in the Independent Learning Curriculum in elementary schools. The data collection method was the research library, and the approach was qualitative. According to the findings of the study, reinforcing the Pancasila Student Profile in the Independent Learning Curriculum provides a solution for developing Pancasila-based character. The Pancasila Student Profile has six competencies consisting of faith, fear of God Almighty, noble character, global diversity, cooperation, independence, critical reasoning, and creativity. The Pancasila Profile strengthening project is cross-disciplinary learning with a Project-Based learning approach and differs from project-based learning in the classroom. The government is promoting the Transformational Teacher Program as the spearhead of equal distribution of education and strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile. The government assists transformational schools through consultative and asymmetric assistance, strengthening school human resources, learning with a new paradigm, data-based planning, and digitizing schools
The capital market is one indicator of a country's economic progress. The existence of the Indonesian capital market began the establishment has undergone several ups and downs that can be seen from the JCI indicators fluctuated. It is as a result of globalization and economic integration that lead to the performance of the capital markets is highly dependent on the performance of the national economy, regional, and international. The greater role of local investors are needed to encourage the Indonesian capital market to make it more resistant to a variety of crises and shocks. The population of the Indonesian middle class that has grown relatively large, an opportunity that can be exploited to encourage them to engage inactive invest in capital markets. Meanwhile, some of the challenges in the development of capital markets must also be addressed among others, the limited types of securities traded, the rules for the protection of the rights of investors, the game in a stock transaction and is still a lack of public knowledge of the capital markets.
<span lang="EN-US">Applied augmented reality works by detecting imageries or pictures, normally called markers, by using smartphone camera that detects these preplaced markers. Augmented reality has seen wide application in various fields, one of them is education. In the field of education, augmented reality is utilized to make learning process more engaging and attractive. Starting from the problem that learning computer networks on introduce to network device which is currently still delivered conventionally. So, this research makes a solution to this problem by developing learning media using augmented reality (AR) technology, which is a technology that combines two-dimensional or three-dimensional virtual objects into a real environment and then projects these virtual objects in real time. The purpose of this research is to build AR-based applications in learning computer network devices in order to increase understanding, generate motivation and student interest. The methodology used in this research consist of Envisioning Phase(Problem Identification, Planning Phase(Planning), Developing Phase(Design), Stabilizing Phase(Testing), Deploying Phase(Implementation). This study uses 31 students as sample and the data was analyzed using the SUS(System Usability Scale). The result show </span><span lang="EN-US">evaluates the usability using SUS of 31 respondents and it can be concluded that this AR application can be accepted by these students in its use with </span><span lang="EN-US">SUS Score obtained was 78.5</span>
Effective supply chain management (SCM) has become a potentially valuable way to secure competitive advantage and improve organizational performance because competition is no longer between organizations but between supply chains. This study examines the relationship between the influence of SCM practices on competitive advantage and organizational performance. The data for this study were collected from 165 employees in one of the SMEs in the Halal Agroindustry in Indonesia. Survey data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results suggest that higher levels of SCM practices can lead to increased competitive advantage and improved organizational performance. Also, competitive advantage can have a direct positive impact on organizational performance. This study also confirms the mediating effect of competitive advantage on the relationship between SCM practices and organizational performance.
