Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan pengembangan pertumbuhan UMKM di Indonesia. Beberapa literatur dirujuk untuk memecahkan permasalah yang terjadi dan pengunaan data skunder diperoleh berasal dari dinas-dinas terkait seperti : BPS,BI dan Kementrian Koperasi dan UMKM. Kelemahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM dalam meningkatkan kemampuan usaha sangat kompleks dan meliputi berbagai indikator yang mana salah satu dengan yang lainnya saling berkaitan antara lain; kurangnya permodalan baik jumlah maupun sumbernya, kurangnya kemampuan manajerial dan keterampilan beroperasi dalam mengorganisir dan terbatasnya pemasaran. Disamping hal-hal terdapat juga persaingan yang kurang sehat dan desakan ekonomi sehingga mengakibatkan ruang lingkup usaha menjadi sempit dan terbatas. Kekawatiran ini dilandasi bahwa Indonesia akan menghadapi MEA dan pasar bebas. Ketiaka itu terlaksana tuntutannya adalah UMKM harus mampu bersaing. Namun semua permasalah itu bisa terselesaikan dengan beberapa kebijakan yang membuka peluang bagi UMKM untuk dapat mengakses industri perbankan dengan mudah. Sebab pertumbuhan kredit yang dikucurkan sektor perbankan hanya 13,6%. Ini menujukan permasalah yang bersumber dari permodalan dapat dengan mudah terselesaikan dan berimbas kepada pengelolaan dan produk yang dihasilkan akan lebih kompetitif. Tantangan MEA yang dikawatirkan oleh Pemerintah dapat dihadapi dengan lebih baik.

The difference in the generation of work environments has become a subject always emerging in the development of human resource management, and the concept of generation differences continues to evolve over time. In the last few years the definition of generation has developed, one of which is the definition by Kupperschmidt's (2000) which says that the generation is a group of individuals who identify the group based on the same year of birth, age, location, and events in the life of that individual group that has significant influence In their growth phase. The results of this study indicate that there are significant differences in characteristics between generations Z with other generations, one of the main factors that distinguish is the mastery of information and technology. For the Z generation information and technology are things that have become part of their lives, because they are born where access to information, especially the Internet has become a global culture, so that it affects their values, views and life goals. The rise of the Z generation will also pose new challenges to management practices within organizations, especially for human resource management practices. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang berkembang sangat pesat saat ini berpengaruh bagi masyarakat dalam mendukung berbagai kegiatan bisnis baik besar maupun kecil agar dapat dikenal secara global. Dampak yang paling nyata adalah selain dikenal juga dapat meningkatkan volume penjualan dan profit. Digital Marketing adalah salah satu media pemasaran yang sangat besar memberikan pengaruh. Dengan menggunakan digital marketing dalam hal ini adalah sosial media, ibu-ibu PKK di RW 02 Randuagung Singosari Malang memasarkan hasil indutri rumahan berupa kerajinan tangan tas dari bungkus minuman instan. Awalnya kegiatan ini hanya sebagai pengisi waktu luang, tetapi saat ini justru menjadi kegiatan utama sebagai penambah perputaran ekonomi dalam rumah tangga. Dahulu kegiatan penjualan hasil industri ini secara konvesional maupun tradisiona, mereka membuat produk hanya berdasarkan pesanan. Tetapi setelah mengenal adanya sosial media ibu-ibu PKK ini sudah mulai menerima banyak pesanan, sehingga volume penjualan semakin meningkat pesat dibandingkan saaat penjualan dengan cara lama. Digital marketing dipandang sebagai media yang paling baik sebagai sarana promosi yang paling efektif dan efisien serta mampu meningkatkan volume penjualan yang signifikan, dari pendapatan perbulan bersih Rp. 1.000.000,- s.d. Rp. 1.500.000,- sekarang bisa mencapai Rp. 2.000.000 s.d. 3.500.000,- (100%).

Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan

The population in this study is all companies manufacturing food and beverage sectors in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011 to 2015. The study sample as many as 16 companies were selescted using purposive sampling method with certain criteria in order to obtain in the total sample 0f 9 companies. Mechanical testing of the data is by using multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5% alpha. The results showed that firm size negative effect on firm value. Profitability significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, firm size and profitability significantly influence the value of the company. The coefficient of determination shows that the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable of 41.5% and the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract: The Effect of Inflation, interest rate, exchange rate, and GDP growth Toward Indonesia Composite Index. This research aims to investigate empirically the effect of selected macroeconomic variables, i.e., inflation rate, Bank Indonesia Certificate rate, the exchange rate on IDR, and GDP growth on Indonesia Composite Index at The Indonesia Stock Exchanges (IDX). This paper examines the direct effect of selected macroeconomic variabel on Indonesia Composite Index. The paper employs a regression model analysis. The result indicates that only the exchange rate on IDR significantly effects to Indonesia Composite Index. The inflation rate, Bank Certificate rate, and GDP growth do not effect to Indonesia Composite Index. This research only covers four selected macroeconomic variables. Therefore, further research should examine other potential macroeconomic variables. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti secara empiris pengaruh variabel-variabel makroekonomi, yaitu : tingkat inflasi, suku bunga sertifikat Bank Indonesia, kurs, dan tingkat pertumbuhan GDP terhadap IHSG di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa hanya kurs yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap IHSG, sedangkan tingkat inflasi, suku bunga SBI dan pertumbuhan PDB tidak berpengaruh terhadap IHSG. Penelitian ini hanya menggunakan empat variabel makroekonomi, sehingga penelitian selanjutnya perlu menemukan variabel makroekonomi lain yang diduga berpengaruh terhadap IHSG. Kata kunci : variabel makroekonomi, IHSG.

Determination of Work Motivation, Leadership Style, Employee Competence on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

The goal of this study was to look at the impact of work motivation, leadership style, and competence on job satisfaction, as well as the effects of work motivation, leadership style, and competence on performance, job satisfaction's impact on performance, and the impact of work motivation, leadership style, and competence on performance via job satisfaction. The research will take place at LLDIKTI-IX. The study's population and sample size were 125 employees (complete sampling). The data from the questionnaire was analyzed with the use of AMOS 18 and the Structural Equation Model. According to the findings, work motivation has a negative and significant impact on job satisfaction. Employee motivation in existence, connectedness, and growth is still low, but it is necessary to improve employee job satisfaction. Employee performance is influenced by competence in a positive but insignificant way. Employee competency is still a career development issue, with little attention paid to the role of innovation and technology in improving employee performance. Employee performance is influenced by competence through job satisfaction in a positive but insignificant way. Employee job satisfaction is poor in enhancing their performance since applying competencies that have been directed thus far is still like meeting work needs.

Research on the digital economy continues to develop but is limited to one country and/or field. From a bibliometric retrospective review, this study purposes to visually research mapping and research trends in the field of the digital economy on an international scale. This study used bibliometric techniques with secondary data from Scopus. Analyze and visualize data using the VOSViewer program and the analyze search results function on Scopus. This study analyzed 2,784 scientific documents published from 1984 to 2019. This study proposes a grouping of digital economy research themes: Information systems, Digitization, E-commerce, Education, Engineering, Marketing, Industrial revolutions, and Information technology, abbreviated as IDEEEMII research themes.

PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA, ETOS KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI DI PT. INKO JAVA SEMARANG

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, etos kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian produksi di PT. Inko Java. Analisis data menggunakan analisis uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil persamaan regresi dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Y = 3,495 + 0,151 X 1 + 0,325 X 2 + 0,122 X 3 – 0,020 X 4 . Analisis setiap variabel menunjukan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja mempunyai t hitung 1,767 < t tabel yaitu 1,99, variabel motivasi kerja mempunyai t hitung 5,047 > t tabel yaitu 1,99, variabel etos kerja mempunyai t hitung 1,375 < t tabel yaitu 1,99, dan variabel lingkungan kerja mempunyai t hitung -0,267 < –t tabel yaitu -1,99. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja mempunyai hasil positif namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, variabel motivasi kerja ada pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, variabel etos kerja mempunyai hasil positif namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, dan variabel lingkungan kerja mempunyai hasil negatif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Sedangkan keempat variabel yaitu disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, etos kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai F hitung 9,256 > F tabel yaitu 2,52. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, etos kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Inko Java. Kemampuan variabel independen disiplin kerja (X 1 ), motivasi kerja (X 2 ), etos kerja (X 3 ), dan lingkungan kerja (X 4 ) dalam menjelaskan variabel dependen produktivitas kerja (Y) adalah Adjusted R Square 33,7% sedang sisanya sebesar 66,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti. Dari analisis tersebut, maka saran yang diberikan adalah sebagai beriku t : perusahaan harus lebih memperhatikan dan mengupayakan hal yang dapat meningkatkan disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan etos kerja karena dengan meningkatnya ketiga hal tersebut produktivitas kerja yang menjadi target perusahaan dapat tercapai, selain itu perusahaan juga perlu lebih memperhatikan perihal lingkungan kerja karyawan agar tercipta hasil yang seimbang antara apa yang telah perusahaan berikan dengan apa yang telah karyawan kontribusikan kepada perusahaan. Repurchase intention of e-commerce customers in Indonesia: An overview of the effect of e-service quality, e-word of mouth, customer trust, and customer satisfaction mediation

The rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia makes the competition in this business increasingly fierce. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of e-service quality, e-word of mouth (e-WOM), customer trust on customer satisfaction on e-commerce customers in Indonesia, then the study aims to determine and analyze the effect of e-service quality, e-word of mouth (e-WOM), customer trust and customer satisfaction on the repurchase intention of e-commerce customers in Indonesia. The study also aims to determine and analyze the mediating role of customer satisfaction on the relationship between e-service quality, e-word of mouth (e-WOM), and customer trust in repurchase intentions. The research is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to respondents; the sample collection method is purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 344 e-commerce consumers from Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and Bukalapak throughout Indonesia. Data processing is applied by using the SmartPLS 3 Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The results of this study indicate that there was a positive and significant effect of e-service quality on customer satisfaction, there was a positive and significant effect of e-WOM on customer satisfaction, customer trust had a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, e-service quality had no significant effect on purchase intention, e-WOM had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, customer trust had no significant effect on repurchase intention, e-service quality had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction, e-WOM had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction, customers trust had a positive and significant impact on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction.

The role of customer e-trust, customer e-service quality and customer e-satisfaction on customer e-loyalty

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality on customer e-satisfaction, the effect of e-trust on customer e-satisfaction, the effect of e-service quality on customer e-loyalty, the effect of e-trust on customer e-loyalty and finally, the effect of e-satisfaction on online shop customer e-loyalty. The type of research used in this research is correlational research with a quantitative approach and testing the research hypothesis was carried out by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The sample or respondent used in this study is 432 consumers of online shops in Banten, Indonesia. The results show that E-Service Quality had positive but not significant effect on E-Satisfaction, E-Trust had a positive but not significant effect to E-Satisfaction, E-Service Quality had a positive but not significant effect towards E-Loyalty, E-Trust had a negative but not significant effect to E-Satisfaction and finally E-Satisfaction had a positive but not significant effect on E-Loyalty.

Monkeypox: A Comprehensive Review

The 2022 multi-country monkeypox outbreak in humans has brought new public health adversity on top of the ongoing coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. The disease has spread to 104 countries throughout six continents of the world, with the highest burden in North America and Europe. The etiologic agent, monkeypox virus (MPXV), has been known since 1959 after isolation from infected monkeys, and virulence among humans has been reported since the 1970s, mainly in endemic countries in West and Central Africa. However, the disease has re-emerged in 2022 at an unprecedented pace, with particular concern on its human-to-human transmissibility and community spread in non-endemic regions. As a mitigation effort, healthcare workers, public health policymakers, and the general public worldwide need to be well-informed on this relatively neglected viral disease. Here, we provide a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of monkeypox, including the following aspects: epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis, and management. In addition, the current review discusses the preventive and control measures, the latest vaccine developments, and the future research areas in this re-emerging viral disease that was declared as a public health emergency of international concern.

The Role of Google Classroom in ELT

Google Classroom is to offer a platform of blended learning in schools in order to simplify creating assignments and getting the grade out to the students in a paperless way. There are many facilities provided by Google classroom, they are: it will make easier for teachers to carry out learning activities, the intended learning is not only in class, but also outside the classroom because students can learn wherever and whenever by accessing google classroom online. Subject that relating to discuss as in the mobile that emphasize the acquisition of observational skills; and allow students to see the concept of teaching and learning material. The main purpose of the study is to investigate a role of Google classroom in English Language Teaching (ELT). The data was collected through an interview with 16 respondents. This study helped the decision makers of the higher educational institutions to have a better understanding of the role of using Google classroom by their students. It is assumed that it helped in measuring the level of students’ attention to the previously mentioned technology.

Reflective Model of Brand Awareness on Repurchase Intention and Customer Satisfaction

This study aims to analyze and confirm brand awareness' role in influencing the repurchase intention both directly and indirectly on customer satisfaction variables and repurchase intention variables. The contribution brought by this study is to reflect manifest variables such as recall, purchase, and consumption. The number of respondents in this study was 200 samples using the online survey data collection method (Google form), while the research approach is quantitative explanatory. The data analysis test tools include the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with AMOS as a statistical data analysis software and Sobel test to indirectly test the relationship. This study consists of four hypotheses, of which three hypotheses are positively and significantly related (brand awareness on repurchase intention, brand awareness on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention). Through indirect relationship, namely, brand awareness on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction, the study showed no significant effect. In a comprehensive way, this study emphasizes the factor of customer satisfaction as a determinant of consumer loyalty and repurchase intention. Therefore, creating optimal customer satisfaction, service excellence, promotion and massive advertising, guaranteeing the safety and ease-of-use apps, and ease of shopping, especially for e-commerce industry, is a serious concern.

This paper discusses e-commerce, industry 4.0 and society 5.0 which includes definitions, history, framework and dimensions of technology. From this scope, a comparison was made between industry 4.0 and society 5.0 and a discussion on the alignment and impact of industry 4.0 and society 5.0 on e-commerce. After a deeper comparison and discussion, it can be concluded that technology society 5.0 is a continuation of industry technology 4.0. Then there is technology alignment between e-commerce with the era of industrial 4.0 and society 5.0, where e-commerce technology follows and adapts its technology to each of those eras. The era of industrial 4.0 and society 5.0 had many positive impacts on the development and progress of e-commerce.

Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Industri Kecil Kota Palopo

Kualitas produksi yang dihasilkan oleh industri kecil sangat ditentukan oleh produktivitas tenaga kerjanya. Tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja yang cenderung rendah dapat mengakibatkan menurunnya jumlah produksi. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor antara lain tingkat pendidikan, usia, pengalaman kerja, dan jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, usia, pengalaman kerja, dan jenis kelamin terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja pada industri kecil di Kota Palopo. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 orang tenaga kerja pada industri kecil yang ada di Kota Palopo yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik probability random sampling. Adapun metode analisis dalam penelitian yaitu menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan rumus regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan, usia, pengalaman kerja dan jenis kelamin berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja industri kecil Kota Palopo. Selanjutnya dari keempat variabel independen tersebut yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja yaitu variabel usia sebesar 2,331. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pengembangan kajian ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia terkhusus mengenai produktivitas tenaga kerja dalam rangka upaya peningkatan produksi pada industri kecil.

Measuring the effects of service quality by using CARTER model towards customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty in Indonesian Islamic banking

Purpose There are two primary objectives of the research. Firstly, the study aims to explore the service quality dimension of Indonesian Islamic banking using a CARTER model. Secondly, the study aims to examine the relationship of service quality towards customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty in Indonesian Islamic banking. Design/methodology/approach The conceptual framework of the study will be examined using the PLS–SEM approach. Then, it will be examined using the 392 collected data from Indonesian Islamic banking customer in Surabaya. Findings Reliability becomes a key driver of customer satisfaction towards Indonesian Islamic banking. Then, customer loyalty will improve more significant if the Indonesian Islamic bank can firstly improve its customers trust. Research limitations/implications The research results are questionable to represents Indonesia in general because all the sample of the research is Islamic banking customers in Surabaya, East Java Province. Practical implications Updating with the newest technology in delivering integrated products or services will lead Indonesian Islamic banking satisfying its customer more. Then, Indonesia Islamic banking should develop the capability of human resources related to banking skills and understanding of Islamic principles to increase customer trust. Originality/value This research is essential in complementing the previous research regarding the level of contribution of compliance in Indonesia Islamic banking. Then, the research discusses how compliance becomes an essential part of service quality that could increase the market share of Indonesian Islamic banking by enhancing the level of customer trust.

The research was conducted with the new public management paradigm; the community as the recipient of services is considered a customer. The study aims to reveal the relationship between training and employee performance in the public sector with knowledge sharing indicators as a mediator for both. This research uses a quantitative approach to SEM-Amos analysis tools. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique to the Civil Servants (CS) in an online questionnaire to participate in this study. The results showed that as many as 149 samples answered the questionnaire and had attended leadership training and other training. The results showed that the role of leadership training and additional training for training assessment tools to increase knowledge sharing was very influential compared to functional training, technical training, and other training. Although leadership training and further training significantly impact increasing knowledge sharing, they have not improved work-life and CS Performance quality. On the other hand, knowledge sharing shows an indirect effect on CS performance compared to its direct impact.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pengelolaan keuangan pada 100 mahasiswa ekonomi perguruan tinggi swasta Kota Semarang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan keuangan dan sikap keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap locus of control selanjutnya pengetahuan keuangan, sikap keuangan dan locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa. Locus of control mampu memediasi pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap keuangan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa. Proses perubahan cara pikir mahasiswa tentang pengendalian hidup terjadi dari dalam proses pemikiran mahasiswa itu sendiri.

Village tourism is an alternative form of tourism that presents the beauty of nature, social life and culture, it offers direct interaction with the local community as a form of tourist attraction offered. However, in practice, community is not fully involved in the process of village tourism development hence the community is not benefited from the village tourism. On the basis of existing problems, this article is intended to explain the importance of community involvement in village tourism development. This research is a qualitative study using a library research approach. The results show that the village tourism will be going to succeed if the community is being involved in the whole process. The community should be placed into 2 (two) roles at once, namely the community as the subject that has the right to determine the direction of village tourism development. Secondly, the community as an object where the goal of increasing community welfare is a priority in the village tourism development.Keywords: Village Tourism, Community, Empowerment, Development.
