Observations of Selected Northern Neglected Double Stars

Measurements of 21 neglected double stars from the United States Naval Observatory (USNO) Northern list. All observations and measurements were taken in the latter half of 2006 and early 2007 from my observatory located at 44.2 0 North latitude & 93.2 0 West longitude.
