We report a detailed study of the pyrochlore ${\mathrm{Ho}}_{2}{\mathrm{Ti}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{7}$, in which the magnetic ions $({\mathrm{Ho}}^{3+})$ are ferromagnetically coupled with $J\ensuremath{\sim}1\mathrm{K}$.
