We have performed thermodynamic and neutron scattering measurements on the $S=1/2$ kagom\'e lattice antiferromagnet ${\mathrm{ZnCu}}_{3}(\mathrm{OH}{)}_{6}{\mathrm{Cl}}_{2}$.
