Refinement of the Cornell et al. Nucleic Acids Force Field Based on Reference Quantum Chemical Calculations of Glycosidic Torsion Profiles

We report a reparameterization of the glycosidic torsion χ of the Cornell et al. AMBER force field for RNA, χ(OL).
