Abstract

Monodispersed nickel phosphide nanocrystals (NCs) with different phases were successfully synthesized. The Ni 5 P 4 NCs, with a solid structure, exhibited higher catalytic activity than the Ni 12 P 5 and Ni 2 P NCs.
