Abstract

Free-standing nanofibrous webs of cyclodextrin/geraniol–inclusion complex (CD/geraniol–IC-NF) showing antibacterial, antioxidant activity and slow release of geraniol were developed as flavour/fragrance releasing materials via electrospinning.
